
Fermented foods can be beneficial to the body. We like bodies. We also like food. Our fermented foods are prepared by our world class chef who has more than 20 years of experience. In the fall of 2030 your fermented foods will be available. They will include Kimchi, Saurkraut, Kombucha, facto fermented garlic scapes and many others.Pressure canned foods can remain on the shelf for at least 18 months and do not require refrigeration until they are opened. Our preserved foods will be available in the fall of 2030. They will include Salsa, pickled beans, Marinara sauce, rhubarb pie filling, jams and jellies, Vegan chili, Vegetarian and vegan soups and stews of various flavours. When the weather cools down and the kitchen gets hot, so we will be creating a wide variety of delicious creations. No meats will be used in any product due to health and safety guide lines. We may rent a commercial kitchen space to meet by laws and offer other options in the future. Our chef holds the highest accreditation for food health and safety. It was necessary to travel to Antibes, France and attend a one week course to obtain this certification. Lets just say that the highest standards are applied to all four preparation.
